Easy Hassle-Free 99-Day Return Policy

At ONE+ONLY, we want you to feel confident in the quality and care put into creating your unique jewellery. That is why we offer a hassle-free 99-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may return it for a full refund (minus any delivery and gift packaging charges, if any) within 99 days of the original delivery date.

  • Any item purchased from ONE+ONLY can be returned, including engraved items

  • The item must be returned in a new and unworn condition

  • Items which have been resized, updated or repaired do not qualify

  • You will be responsible for the return delivery cost

Return Process

To request a return, please fill out our Request Return Form. One of our customer service representatives will follow up with you via email with instructions and return forms. For US customers, we also offer an optional delivery label for a nominal charge (this cost will be deducted from your total refund). If you require assistance, please email us at [email protected]

Upon receipt of your return, we inspect all items for signs of wear or damage prior to issuing your refund, replacement or credit. New and unworn condition means your items are free of scratches, marks, or blemishes. Items modified or resized by another jeweller are not considered new. Please note, your return must also include any promotional gifts. Once your return is accepted, any refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
